Winter Heritage 09-10

I had the privilege of going to Winter Heritage this year in Dallas/Ft. Worth! It was a great experience and i we had so much fun! Got to hang out with some 'old' friends and met some new ones.... here are a few pictures from the trip!

Happy Birthday JAYDEN!!!!!

Jayden, i can't believe you are "1" ALREADY!!!! How time really does fly! I remember like it was yesterday that your Mommy and Daddy took me to eat and told me that they were going to have a baby! Then i could hardly wait to find out if you were going to be a boy or a girl! We were so excited that you were going to be a boy and then it was the wait for you to make your grand entrance into this big world! I will never forget the time that i went to the Americana with your Mom and Dad, and you were still in your Mommies tummy, we sat in the floor of Barnes and Noble and laughed until we were crying!!! The first time we thought you were going to come we rushed down to see you....BUT.... you didn't want to be born yet...so we waited another week and you finally decided you wanted to get out of that little space and experience life! I am so glad that i was able to see you within minutes of your arrival! You were such a cute little guy and we got to spend some quality time that morning while your Momma got to rest!!! I miss and love you so much!! You better tell your Mommy to come see me, so i can squeeze you and hold you like i did that morning. Although, I'm not sure you will enjoy it now that you are growing up!!! Auntie MeeMee loves you very much!!!!


the picture on the top is of Jayden in his first outfit. of course his Auntie MeeMee had to make sure he looked all cute to meet the visitors coming to see him. As soon as i got it all on him, his doctor came in to check him out and took EVERYTHING off him!! LOL... Bre and I just laughed!

Merry Christmas!!!

we went to visit with Robbie and Amber and my Uncle Robert and Aunt Carlette last night and ended up staying the night with them because of the snow.. it really started coming down and they were closing the highways so we just decided to stay and not chance going out and getting stuck! I am SO glad that we didn't, on the way home we saw probably 200 cars on the side of the road..... We are loving living here and i am SO glad that we have a "white" Christmas!!! We miss and love all of you!!!! wish we could be there to celebrate the season!

I want to say a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to some of my best friends! They just ' tied the knot' this past Friday night! It was such an honor and privilege to be a part of their big day! The whole thing turned out beautiful, and i have never seen them look happier!!

Aus n Chan - i love you both and i know that there are great things in your future!! I wish you ALL the best!!!!

I caught the bouquet and Chan's cousin Trayton caught the garter! i had SOO much fun that day!!!

Winter

So much has been happening this month!! I plan to post some pictures very soon! i have 2 weeks off and i think that will be a great time to update my blog!!!

Happy Birthday to my best friend!!! I am so sad that i am not with you to celebrate today! I miss you more than you will ever know, especially around times like today and the holidays!!! I hope that you have a good day today, even though you are not feeling well! i found this poem and thought it was a pretty good poem for us!

I love you so much, only you and i know the bond that we share, even when we are hundreds of miles away. We can read each others minds and finish each others sentences!!! I think we both need a good laugh too, like the old days driving to Lompoc to Grandpa and Grandma... is there a Vons anywhere???!!! LOLOLOLOL

Happy Thanksgiving to ya'll, wherever you might be this holiday! I pray that each of you is spending your day with family and friends! We are celebrating with my Grandparents, Uncle and lil Cousin!
